Flying Spaghetti Monster
Ahh, this is one of my favorite stories to come out of the debate currently being heard by the Kansas State Board of Education. The topic is whether Intelligent Design should be taught alongside evolution in the schools.
Check out the Bobby Henderson's website for letters from three Kansas education board members, along with other fun stuff.

Ahhhh Thank you! That was great! It's really amazing to me how stupid this whole thing is, yet I get so pulled into listening to the "debate" on various talk shows. I keep hoping that if I just listen to one more, I will be able to understand these people. I speculate which guests and callers are promoting the teaching of intelligent design because they are just clueless, and which know how crazy it is but stick to it solely for political purposes. then I can't sleep because I can't figure out which is worse.

This is not as good, but still funny too.
Evangelical Scientists Refute Gravity With New 'Intelligent Falling' Theory
"According to the ECFR paper published simultaneously this week in the International Journal Of Science and the adolescent magazine God's Word For Teens!, there are many phenomena that cannot be explained by secular gravity alone, including such mysteries as how angels fly, how Jesus ascended into Heaven, and how Satan fell when cast out of Paradise."
